Amélie and Charles Sparr are among the most exciting names in modern Alsace. Alsatian by birth, the couple comes from deep-rooted winemaking families. In 2017, they launched their own domaine, bringing together inherited terroirs, biodynamic conviction, and a distinctly modern vision. The result is a beautifully refined style of Alsace wine: dry, finely textured, and intensely expressive, with crystalline acidity and a strong mineral drive.

This wine's bouquet is vividly fruity, offering nectarine flesh and peel, tangerine and lemon posset notes. The palate is lithe and pure, with lifting acidity balancing the ripe fruit flavours. A gentle and appetising phenolic grip adds a bit of structure and layers to this dry and vivid Riesling.
