Slingshot Cabernet Sauvignon recalls the halcyon days of California wine, when quality and affordability went hand in hand. Stewart Cellars' 'second label', Slingshot is crafted to provide excellent quality at everyday value. A brilliant example of the power and finesse that define great California Cabernet, it offers glossy fruit, immediate appeal, and the structure to age gracefully.

Smoky dark bramble fruit notes are complemented by cured meat and baking spice. Intense black cherry and blackcurrant on the mid palate, with soft tannins and a lasting finish.

90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Petit Verdot and 2% Petit Syrah, coming from the Juliana Vineyard (Napa County) and other vineyards in the North Coast. It’s aged for 22 months in French oak barrels (40% new).
