Dupuis is the latest project of acclaimed winemaker Wells Guthrie, the force behind the prodigious rise of Copain. Having sold up his stake and moved to the peaceful and isolated Anderson Valley, Wells has sought to strip his winemaking down to its bare bones, focusing on sourcing high-quality fruit which effortlessly expresses terroir and varietal expression.
Cul Sec is a wonderfully easy-drinking, co-fermented blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Pinot Gris. Best enjoyed slightly chilled, it’s a fun, light, juicy red with crunchy red fruit and spicy notes - a great choice for barbecues and summertime picnics!
