Domaine Tempier Bandol Rose 2025

By far the most famous rosé from Bandol and one of France’s very finest, Tempier’s rosé is as timeless as it is delicious in this vintage. It neatly disguises Bandol’s natural structure with a sense of freshness and lift that keeps you coming back for another sip. Enjoy it now in its nervy, precise youthful phase, or cellar it for a few years to allow more depth and complexity to emerge, as great Bandol rosé can do.

92/100 - The 2025 Bandol Rosé is emblematic of the vintage character in Bandol. Tense, inward and a touch compact, it takes its time in the glass, slowly revealing layers of grapefruit peel, white flowers, crushed oyster shell and river rocks. The 2025 is attractively forward aromatically, but the palate is a touch understated today, with apricot fruit pushed to the background and terroir complexity in the foreground.
