How J. Laurens continue to make this incredible Crémant for such a low price is a total mystery. It's made in the same painstaking traditional way as Champagne from the domaine's best parcels of vines. This bottling is a blend of 60% Chardonnay, 30% Chenin Blanc, 5% Mauzac - the primary local varietal - and 5% Pinot Noir. A delightful aperitif fizz!
On the palate, delightfully racy and vital, with flavours of ripe orchard fruit and just a hint of breadiness.
Ready to drink immediately from release.
