Tatomer's flagship wine, the Kick-on-Ranch Riesling is very much crafted in the Germanic style winemaker Graham Tatomer learned while apprenticing in Austria. Floral and herbal with hints of green fruit, this intense Riesling with loads of coastal salinity is one of the best examples of Riesling found in the States.

94/100 - The 2021 Riesling Kick-on Ranch is a pretty firm, powerful wine. This is another wine in the range that shows a good bit of phenolic richness from a brief period of skin contact. A whole range of floral and savory notes confer wildness that is palpable. Sage, green apple, jasmine and dried flowers all build in this powerful Riesling. The Kick-On is quite savory in this vintage. - Antonio Galloni, Vinous

Comparable to top examples of Riesling from Austria and Germany.

Pair with South or Southeast Asian cuisine.

Drawn to the brightness and acidity of the Germanic varieties (especially Riesling), it wasn’t long before Graham sourced fruit from some old... Read More >>
