Crafted by the same team behind the celebrated St-Julien fourth-growth Château Beychevelle, Brulières is sourced from a 14ha plot of vines found just 5km away from it's parent Château. Blessed by a cooler climate thanks to its slightly more pronounced distance from the Gironde estuary, Brulières is a harmonious, fresh blend of Merlot and Cabernet defined by its elegant bouquet of juicy, dark red fruits and spice. The 2020 vintage is 64% Merlot and 26% Carbernet Sauvignon.
On the palate, juicy flavours of raspberry and blackberry abound. Touches of white pepper spice and cassis leaves add depth to this medium-bodied red, while fine boned tannins lead to a refined finish.
