Produced entirely from a rare old-vine parcel in one of Sancerre's most prestigious regions, only 800 bottles are made each vintage of this slightly oaked Sauvignon. A simply delicious wine with much more depth than one might typically expect from Sauvignon Blanc.
Fresh, citrus flavours; medium-bodied; hints of vanilla from oak barrels; excellent acidity.
From a vineyard close to Sancerre from 47 year old vines.
70% aged in old barrels; great structure.
Ready to drink from release; could keep for up to five years.
