Founded in 1896 by Alsatian native Marcel Ott, Domaines Ott is one of Provence’s leading estates and is widely credited with elevating rosé to the status of fine wine.
Now run by fourth-generation winemaker Jean-François Ott the group produces elegant, age-worthy rosés recognised for their finesse and distinctive amphora-shaped bottles. All the rosés are made from estate fruit and vineyards are fully certified organic receiving a huge 600 hours of vineyard work per hectare each year.
From vineyards in La Londe that sweep down to the Mediterranean, Clos Mireille benefits from a maritime microclimate and schist-rich soils. A cooler spring followed by a dry summer produced in 2025 an elegant, balanced wine with notable ageing potential.
Fresh and expressive nose, with notes of yellow fruits, a hint of boxwood leaf and a touch of spicy cardamom. Palate is juicy and vibrant with beautiful tension, fresh peach flavours shine with brilliance. Smooth and delicious finish. 70% Grenache, 22% Cinsault and 8% Rolle (Vermentino).
