This Pinot Noir from Domaine Etienne Delarche comes from select parcels of the Grand Cru Corton Les Renardes site. Hand-harvested and fermented with indigenous yeasts, this elegant red ages in old French oak (30% new) for one year. The nose of this wine bears distinct aromas of red and black berries, warm earth, liquorice, and light smoke. It has a tannic yet balanced palate, layered with flavours of blackberry, red plum, liquorice, and distinguished by a refined minerality.
