Domaine Billaud-Simon has a winemaking history dating back over two-hundred years, with the estate currently under the ownership of the Faiveley family of Burgundy fame. Encompassing 17ha around the village of Chablis, the wines of the estate are renowned for their crisp, mineral style and aromatic intrigue. This is a clean, lively, and expressive take on Chablis, bursting with citrus and white flower flavours.

On the palate, well-balanced, fresh and elegant. Smooth structure leads to a long, lingering finish distinguished by flavours of ripe orchard fruit and touches of that oyster-like, Chablisienne minerality.
