This elegant rosé is a vibrant blend of equal parts Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, and Cabernet Sauvignon grown in the heart of Provence. Crafted by the de la Perrière family, this pale pink delights with inviting notes of red berries and citrus, all balanced by that signature Provençal minerality. Tailor made for enjoyment alongside sunny salads and sizzling grills, this wine is a refreshing taste of the Mediterranean - fresh, elegant, and perfect for toasting the simple pleasures in life.
The de la Perrière family took control of this winery slightly over two decades ago. Originally purchased by Beaujolais-native Emmanuel and his wife Dominique, the duo spent years arduously expanding the estate from 13 to 25ha of vines in the early 2000s. The operation is now primarily run by their son Geoffroy, while both parents chip in across the property. From elegant rosés to unique Provençal whites, this viti-oenology graduate crafts wines that blend tradition and innovation. Reflective of the region’s characteristic freshness, coastal minerality, and timeless elegance, the wines of Sainte Philomene are truly wonderous.
